Looks like Don Bell and company are continuing their shell game with investors. They have missed their promised December re-re-re statement of earnings for '06 and '07. I wonder if they ever had any intention of reporting true, accurate financial results. Lies and intentional accounting errors worked so well for them in the past... old habits are hard to break. With the SEC unable manage their own house, BELM and others continue to run unchecked with wreck-less disregard of share price, company stability and just plain old-fashioned business ethics. The major share holders and credit facilities of BELM must be getting better reporting and/or bigger lies to keep them at bay or they would be banging on the doors looking for answers like we are. Something isn't right.
End of the day I blame myself as I failed to heed Jim Cramers' advice: Rule #4 of 25 rules of investing - "Buy Damaged Stocks, Not Damaged Companies" and this folks is a damaged company.
