Economy is quite weak. Real Estate is still in depression.. Stock market rises on profits with expanding PE ratios. They've sure squeezed the juice since the collapse. Stronger survivors pick up market share from the little guy without the same access to capital plus interest rates are so low.. Going forward it is all about rising interest rates and energy prices as the biggest risks as the financial collapse and RE depresssion factore in by now thought it could and should spook the market when it sees how much more in the pipeline in coming years via foreclosures as well as the commercial RE debacle still unfolidng..hope all is well..
