Being a long term investor in this company, I have a weekly news alert that turned up this story yesterday:

Makes it sound like someone is making a huge bet that the stock is going to pull back. I don't trade options, but doing the math it looks like for this strategy, as long as he clears the trade above $20, the max downside is $50k. Further the trade makes money between a little above $20 and a little below $25.

Doesn't seem particulary complicated or difficult to execute, so I'm wondering why a $50k trading investment makes the news?

Any expert options traders out there that correct me and show a much larger amount of risk?
