These guys are all sociopaths, no regard for their people on the floor or the people who work under them. This plan manager and the Belden Americas Operation manager are doing what the CEO wants them to do. Don't think for one minute the Board members and the CEO don't know how Belden is abusing people to get their $$$$. I wont mention names but notice if you will that the references to the Ops of americas and the Mohawk Plant manager have been deleted from this thread? If you can look at yourself in the mirror and look your peers in the eye every dayyour miles ahead of these people. I bet they cant Ive seen it first hand!!!!Good luck to you all.
