Following your comments below about leadership, I am still trying to figure out what led them to make a decision to spend +100M to buy Trapeze Networks. Does anyone see the synergies? If so, please enlighten me.

They say the business lost about $6M in a quarter, with that sort of a loss, you are looking at perhaps another $10M to $12M, ie two quarters of loss, before they can fix it. Unless they take it to break-even in one Q which might be tough to do without cutting into the bone. Anyone know what the strategy is here to fix this, to date +12month 'unsnyergetic' acquisition? Where are the analysts who should be asking the tough questions?
