A very interesting combination. It would be slightly larger market share in MS than RF. It would be about the same market share that RF enjoys in AL. I do not see a serious Fed issue.
It would be very uncharacteristic for MS to do something so innovative & progressive. It would involve turf wars & egos. The positives in overcoming these are the aging CEOs. While this combination would have numerous advantages for shareholders, employees, & the state, the compelling issue is the best interest of the ones in charge. Such a combination would trigger the change in control features in their lush employment contracts as was the case in AL with the ASO/RF combination.
