I'd have to agree with previous posts but probably with a more negative trend than they have indicated.

I think 2010 will be a lot more of the same as 2009 and that's not a good trend for BRO. They've missed the uptick the other brokers enjoyed in stock price and the obsession with short term profit is catching up with them. They've lost a tremendous # of producers over the past couple of years and many of their programs are especially vulnerable to predation since they are easy to copy when so much capital is flowing around.

I think you may be looking at a double digit decrease in both sales and revenue. They don't have any expense to cut so that should impact the bottom line.

I expect this stock will blip up right around bonus calculation time but drop 15-20% after they've all cashed in.

This stocks stable enough that the shorts won't kill it but it's probably perceived as "running it's course".

Hyatt's old and the replacement is not very good.
