Jim Henerderson, Vice Chairman, has now sold over $6,807,000 in 2 years. He filed a planned sale of 220,000 shares recently and was only able to sell 42,954. Every time it hits $20 he is out. This does not really exude confidence in those that are runnig the show.

Next quarters earnings are probably not looking good. No acquisitions (which Jim always comments on), no hurricanes in Florida to raise prices, continued soft market. Next quarter is going to be a downer.
