I can't help on the DeWitt details. In fact I am still awaiting the specifics of Don McQueen's departure. I do know that if a problem surfaces Madam President's practice is to look for someone close to the matter to throw under the bus. She then applies a ton of resources at the problem and declares the matter solved thanks to her management skills. I should note that the problem may, or may not, have significance beyond her personal image.
