With a book value of $53.00 and annual earnings between 5.00 and 7.50 / year going forward, i am amazed at all of the nay sayers that try to devalue this companies efforts and long history of delivering value to its shareholders. In contrast, there are scores of companies that are priced higher, earn less and have much lower book values to start.
