Seems like BOFL is trading cheap on a valuation basis. Yes, non performing loans are up but at this point isn't it priced in? Further, there were a lot on insider purchases this summer. Volume has been on the light side on this last leg down. Can somone with a good handle on this company shed some more light? Is this the beginning of a surge to new lows or an incredible buying opportunity? Thanks.
