The need for additional capital is clear. The dilution relative to market is understandable given the misfortune of the current portfolio. However, how can the board expect to move forward without an infusion of new HUMAN CAPITAL? Pouring more money into an operation that lacks the skill set to risk mitigate and diversify the book is unsustainable. Be certain that investment community will demand that action be taken. Suggesting the current team can get home independently is not a strategy. Talent is out there but management has to demonstrate the emotional intelligence to bring in additions to the team that can navigate to a successful future. What is the plan????
