I purchased $12k in furniture in late 2007 from their St. Louis, MO store. I've had numerous complaints about defects; some were fixed and some still need to be fixed for the second time or more. This is really poor quality furniture. A coffee table legs become loose and need to be tighten for the second time with a special wrench you can't buy in a hardware store. A sofa cushion cover was replaced with one that has a seam loose.

I left many messages for the store President, Tony Schneider, Customer Service Manager Kerry Hensel (sp?), and our Sales Rep, Amanda. After spending $12k with them, they won't even return my calls or send a person out to see my problems.

I suggest BSET do a better job serving their customers than increasing their marketing budget to generate demand via advertising and promotions.
