Looks like the down turn has started. I guess that; people soft software, cutting the trucks down to 60mph, exterior stone decore, global flooring and other new products have really shored up the company. Any more good ideas? i guess all those "yes men" are nice to have around to get these ideas approved.

The company is in over its head, treading water can only last so long. Now the layoffs will start....again. The holidays are moveing closer and the cold weather moveing in. I don't think a remodel will be on anyones mind.

The stock market is doing fine but the reality is people on the street are not. New unemployment claims continue and 7,000 people are falling off the unemployment list every day(while the senate continues to debate more extensions). No matter how positive the press is makeing it sound i'm not falling for it. The true test will be to see how all of these companies do now that all of their cuts are done and have to survive on reduced demand.

I'm predicting a bad winter.
