Now Blue Dinks. GP was lucky enough to dump this division in a huge housing market upswing during the early 2000's.

Blue Dinks has inherited:

1. Left over management. Any one who had any real knowledge in this industry has jumped ship or been terminated. People that are left are trying to get out, but do to the current maket haven't been able to.

2. An ageing fleet of trucks and trailers that are constantly broken down and in disrepair. Unfortunately, they don't have the money to invest in this area and will be left flat footed if and when the market turns.

3. A decimated sales force that has lost some real good people. Unfortunately, when some of the heavy hitters left they took their cleints with them..... Moulding and Specialty will never be the same.

4. Where has HD gone. Vinyl contract gone, toilets gone, ladders gone, card board is on the way out. HD makes up at least 15% of the out going trucks in this area. What will happen when it is all gone.

5. Huge overhead paying cerberus property leases.

6. POOR CUSTOMER IMAGE/SATISFACTION.
