Looks like BRT must have sold some more shares of that Entertainment Properties (EPR). So there will be a distribution in mostly stock. I am wondering how they are doing with all those properties they foreclosed on. Perhaps they will modify their mortgage business into a property REIT since the mortgage business seems to be suffering a prolonged slowdown. Sometimes businesses have to adjust the business model to account for new market conditions.
