gonna buy some more BRE 'common' on Monday ( I have also been buying BRE preferred stock - BREPRC)....and gonna look at getting a tad of HRPPRC preferred, paying over 12%...seems safe...a nice "Madoff" return...hahaha.

So, one deck : BRE / HRPPRC

I'm happy I opted to move some money into the preferreds about a week ago - they hold up well, when the markets get whacked...and pay some very nice dividends...>>( BREPRC / HIWPRB / MAAPRH / UDRPRG...goes "x" on the 8th, FYI)
