Fidelity symbol...BREPRC...pays over 9%...safe yield...won't be cut.

Preferreds are a good compliment to owning the 'common'...Others I own are HIWPRB / MAAPRH / SLGPRC / UDRPRG ....most pay between 9-11%....NOT BAD, ESP IF WE HAVE A SIDEWAYS MARKET WITH STAG(OBAMA)NATION...DIVERSIFY.
