Talk about shooting fish in a barrel.

If our country and banking system survive - and mid-May-2009 it looks like they will - this bank is about as certain to be "folded" into a bigger bank (there aren't many which are stronger, IMHO) - possibly one of the many new banks-in-name-only, possibly a top-10 or 20 bank, possibly a foreign one. (Just saw that 4 of the top 10 North American banks by size are Canadian - guess they didn't play the same dumb games the likes of Citigroup did.)

WHY?! Well, as the Subject line indicates, you have a "control investor," past his 65th birthday.

He happens to appear to be civic-minded (and then some), but he's ceased to be involved day-to-day in BOKF's affairs. The man is clearly extremely bright and savvy - the percentage move is to handle the desirable diversification while his sure hand is still on the tiller.

Gotta be a question of WHEN! (possibly, it's a work in progress, of course), not IF.
