Gist of interview was recognition that BOBE's niche is @ the entry-level point within the casual dining segment, so it tries to keep prices down without discounting by offering a menu of $5.99 meals, with $0.99 add-ons that'll help build check.
That said and with limited inherent margins, they are focused on earnings growth by driving productivity and continuing to roll out innovative fare in both restaurants & stores.
