PPS. BurstingSquidoo wrote that he would bet good money that the person whom Richard shook hands with, and spoke to, was Michael Murphy. I'm mad at myself that I didn't pay attention in that moment. I noticed Richard shake hands with someone (who was out of my view), then probably went back to writing more notes. But after reading Joe's post, my cousin and I talked it over. "Cousin Bill" thinks that there is a "very good likelihood" that the person, that he also saw, WAS Michael Murphy. He got a pretty good look at him, and knew what he looks like from his website photo.

Beyond the facial resemblance, there is good reason to believe that Mr. Murphy WOULD be there in court to observe this. Moreover, it makes sense that he would have already met with Richard Lang to discuss his technology and this case, in particular. After all, Murphy has made some VERY favorable comments on Burst v Apple for his newsletter, and hyped Burst in his advertising. Those of you who have access to his newsletter, or are subscribers, keep an eye on Murphy. If he becomes as impressed with Burst's chances as we were in the courtroom that day, then ...
