I think you're an idiot. According to what you wrote, if BNI had another $20 billion in debt Buffet would be getting an even better deal since this debt would add another $20 billion dollars in "enterprise value" to BNI. "Enterprise Value" is the cost of buying the business and not the value of the business. Why not do a little thinking before you write? Rating :
