Earnings adjustment !!!
And to think I almost bought this stock about a week ago. Thank God I bought something else. I thought Bemis was 65% of business in food packaging? So why are they off so bad (21% adjustment- pretty bad forecasting). The news release stated price increases. Maybe they are losing market share.

Does anyone know their closest competitors? I remember a lawsuit between Bemis and Pechiney a few years ago. Is Pechiney cooking their goose? What about Printpack? What is plastic film cost tied to - gasoline or oil prices?

The news release also stated they had to spend over $2 MM on legal cost with label business sale attempt. What were they doing, cooking the books? Why would the Justice Dept. block a sale of a piece of business? This one is really strange. I expect this piece of crap stock to dive further. Maybe look at a recovery after it @#$% cans.
