Seems to me BMRC should look at buying Tamalpais Bank and really takeover Marin County market. TAMB hasn't done too badly but the stock has been beaten down to about half of book value while BMRC is trading for much more than TAMB. If they or someone else bought TAMB they could get alot of cost savings out of consolidating management, etc.

I think TAMB is now a much better value than BMRC anyone else? It seems way oversold at these levels.
