Just had a conversation with my lab in chicago. they are one of the top labs in the country.....They confirm business in dentistry across the board is down,,,practices who have made wise moves have been able to weather and in some cases such as in our practices beat last years numbers.
I am excited to see what thurs. numbers will bring. I dont believe the 4th quarter will be strong due to the extremely poor sales at the ada convention in Hawaii. Biolase always brought in their big guns for this show. There are many meetings per year....most are as have been suggested just for picking up leads. The three big buying meetings are New york, Chcago and the Ada where ever it is...It does not bode well for Biolase that they did not sell units at the ADA convention...
