Hard to believe the board had to hire consultants to find a replacement for JSO. How hard could it be to find another high school graduate who is willing to work 3 1/2 days a week?

I would have loved to see the interview questions:

How do you plan to keep the stock at 1/2 of its peak price?

Do you have a plan to spend vast sums of money on aquiring businesses that are about to fail?

You have a demotivated work force. How can you further demotivate them? OK, let's say that you already took away their pensions while keeping yours....what else do you have?

They did manage to at least hire a guy who managed to buy Blount for $15 a share almost a decade ago - so he's on track!
