I agree.
Although most people calculate dividend as a % of earnings, it is more precise it calculate it as a % of free cash flow. No danger of dividend cuts here. EPS is fiction. FCF is a bit less of a fiction. Dividends are real. Div/FCF is a better estimator of dividend payout capability. Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
