Are politicians try to burden us with an extremely expensive plan to cut only part of our co2 output, even Al Gore has conceded that co2 is only 40% of man's contribution to warming. (Think about that--giving the economy a hit, expensive energy, reduced freedoms, and it will make a minor reduction in a component that even Al Gore admits is less than half of the issue.)
