I thought they have plenty of capital and the 5% plus the warrants was too much to pay - I voted against it. I assume others did also, so they had to start calling to dig up some votes.

They could have gotten deposits for much less than the price we paid - Management was looking to grow the business rather than grow shareholder wealth
