Good steady dividends? Yeah, fine if you want to consider 80% return of capital a "dividend." There are dividend ETFs out there with real yields of 2% or more than this CEF and less than half the management fees. Best of all, they don't return the underlying principal and pretend it's a "dividend". It's a real dog. Now do people get why it's getting absorbed?
