The majority of BCV's holdings are preferred stocks, (preferred stocks generally qualify for the 15% income tax rate) so it my opinion that about 80% of BCV's dividends should be qualifying for that rate. The Form 1099 report for year 2003 from my broker fails to show BCV's dividends as qualifying, and I do not concur with this report with regard to BCV. Do you all out there agree or disagree with my belief?
