At least one community banking executive calls the accounts (eg. Rewards Checking) a gimmick...

Please tell us BCSB President Joseph Bouffard... why would you allow BCSB to offer gimmicks to its customers? Can't BCSB earn money the "good ole fashioned way" instead of using "bait and switch" techniques?"
