follow up to price conditions. They must have felt that 13 was a good price for BC and decided 9.50 was a good time to upgrade. It is nothing more than technical trading that they are going on. Little to they realize that BC is trading over 2 TIMES is book value and does NOT expect to grow. Fools who follow these "analysts" will get burnt. The "analysts" are in cahoots with companies and they always will be. BEWARE.
