Yes, because they currently have contract brewing in place. It also indicates they think they can get the PA brewery back up to its old capacity (2M+ BBLS), without significant cost. This means more money to the bottom line. Everything in this report indicates they are going to print money, plus they are going to keep buying back shares. It's all good right now!
