shawn, can you read? The constant listing in the SEC filings mean SAM has a very strong case. You absolutely don't include this in fillings if there is no merit, that would be borderline illegal and OI knows it. Also, SAM has bottled in the plant with the issue for over 10 years, so I don't think lack of experience bottling is the problem. They haven't had problems with other glass runs, so I'm pretty sure OI knows that they need to pay to make this potential problem go away. I was involved with a bottle cap issue about 15 years back at a smaller brewery with a very old German line that got money from the cap maker to have the issue go away. This will happen again with SAM this time around. LOL LOL LOL
