S&P reduced their rating from 5 Stars (strong buy) to 4 Stars (buy) today. Given S&P's record of selling at the bottom and buying at the top that probably means BCO is at a relative bottom here. They upgraded RDY to 5*. Check back in a month or so and see how BCO does against RDY.
