it's the same ol' modus operandi.
those who want the shares must first try to scare out as many cheap shares as possible before they will pay up. so far dropping the bid ~12% has garnered them less than 10k in trading volume. ultimately, they will give up because they know the PR about initiation of phase 3 trials is due in the near future and they want in beforehand.
