well ask all of these who bought at 7,t8 and 9 who though it could only go up how they felt when AMR was about breaking below 7, then 6 and almost 5.

For 2 weeks a lot of them lost sleep over that and turned out be become very cranky. Especially the ones who got the margin calls. The biggest mistake for those who are in a hole with AMR is to rush in now because they think the wave has turned.
It's two good days after a 41% decline. That is not uncommon.
It's also the first time amr has two up days in 3 weeks.

Yesterday's really also showed weakness during the day.

If the stock should fall again you will hear a lot of ppl screaming as they will be forced to sell.

Right now fundamentals don't suggest a Buy. Some technicals do but there is too much uncertainty. Most here hope for the anti trust case to be cleared the next few days... its hope and wishful thinking. If it happens it may lift the stock and a trend could develop but imo its not enough to get it back to 7.

If it does not happen quickly, the stock could slide further.

I don't invest on rumors or hope and AMR is not the only company I invest and being in a situation where you are close or in a margin call leaves you no room to make good trades.
If i had gotten in at 5.20s i would have sold for sure. Take the 2-3k and see how monday trading goes.

I go for the average and with current market volatility its enough if you can squeeze out these 1-2% on a daily basis.
