cisco is a stable company and its price has not fluctuated more than 10-15% since mid july. and only traded obove 25 in the 2007 bubble. so given the current market environment its unlikely it will reach that 25 anytime soon...

amr on the otherside doubled since july and lost it all again... so much for stable company.
