Has the Directors eating out of his hand. One of the new Directors, Ms. Medley, I think only owns 100 shares per the proxy. Pitiful. I would require her to own at least 5,000 shares and have just under $100,000 invested in stock so she would have some skin in the game. She is a nice, lady, I am sure, but having only $1,800 of her own money invested in AMNB is pitiful. She will get far more than that in Director fees.
