I fully expect Phase II results for Pramlintide + Leptin and/or Davalintide are going to raise a lot of eye brows and what better way to get the news recognized around the globe, then by issuing the joint press release with major global pharmaceutical company like Takeda. A stand-alone press release by Amylin about Phase II doesn't nearly compare to the major impact a global joint announcement coming from Takeda and Amylin will have.
