There is NO hope this company will make money.
There is no chance it will win in its ambulance chasing case it filed against Intel.

Its top management has mostly quit like rats jumping from a sinking ship.

Hector gives us some good laughs in giving out insider information in trade for sex with a pretty woman. Maybe he will not be prosecuted for this but who knows.

AMD has NO top end competitive chips and so it must simply compete with low prices. Hardly is this a good game plan. It is working on its 13th straight net loss. It still has a junk-bond credit rating. It had about 1.5 billion dollars left in cash as of the end of Q3. It needs a minimum of 800 million to do business.

So we are looking at AMD being in desperate need of more cash in Q1 of 2010.

Maybe AMd will simply dilute shares.
Maybe it will get called on the money it owes and go out of business.

Maybe it will wait until it loses the case in America against Intel and then fold like a wet rag.

All and all it looks very likely that this stock will test out its 12 month low soon.

If and when it hits 99 cents, the laughing from the Intelers will be heard all over the valley.
