WOW! it has been 4 months and we will take a look at the Q3 AMD 10-q report!

What is the similarity we're seeing on AMD compared to GM, MWY, and SPSN? We see that in the past 10 years these companies has been burning cash! LOTS and LOTS of it!

If we compare AMD current Q3 with last year, you can conclude that AMD is not performing any better than last year! In fact it's worse!

I heard from some of you claiming that AMD is having positive cash flows, I want to know where do you get this information from? If it is from AMD executives, are they dare to tell another lie to shareholders? The 10-Q tells otherwise!

Now, back to discussion of AMD real value... One thing is for sure if a company is unable to generate cash overtime they're bound to be doomed (BK)...

A company with continuos negative cash flows will desperately try to get as much money as they can! AMD, for example, has fired their employees, sell off their fabs, sell off portion of profitable ATI sector, lied to shareholders just to keep the shares a float, etc...

Even if AMD able to stay above water they will realized that they sacrificed too much and they won't stand a chance against its competitor! Eventually, when AMD can't take it anymore, they'll declare BK! YES, there are some companies that able to survive this conditions but there are only a handful of them... They do need miracles, LOTS of them, you know that if you're gambling against miracles you are most likely to lose! The long term prospect of this company stay the same: BK!

The real questions is especially to those who have been holding the shares for more than 2 years, Why are you still holding AMD?

AMD is not cheap! AMD is just another potentially BK company! Do you really think AMD's today is worth more than last year? The free cash flows never lies and it tells that it should be worse value than last year! In fact, AMD has no value at all!

If you wouldn't want to invest in GM, MWY, or SPSN why would you invest your money in AMD?

It is time for you to realize it and move on!
