It is due to the reversal of the stock appreciation rights accrual in Q1 of this year.

If you adjust for this, EPS dropped from $3.10 in Q1 2008 to $2.30 in Q1 2009 and FFOPS dropped from $4.12 in Q1 2008 to $3.40 in Q1 2009.
