what a shame none of us got on the cc and simply asked Berns how he felt about the fact that shareholders had lost over 30% from the highs shortly before the FDA announcement and how millions of shares and hundreds of shareholders are all underwater from their purchases on either of the last two secondary offerings.

it would be interesting to hear his take on why so many investors have dumped the stock since the FDA approval no longer seeing any value proposition in the prospects for the sales of this newly approved drug.

shame on us- including myself- for not raising this issue more directly with management on the cc who for all intensive purposes seem oblivious to the shareholders who have supported this company for so long. Having the CEO sell shares a month before the FDA acts( 10b-5 plan not withstanding); letting the chief medical officer go the day the approval is rendered raising questions about the findings; allowing back to back sloppy secondaries leaving new stock in weak hands as well as incredible dilution and lousy prices. This type of management has hardly been the formula for increasing shareholder value.After the offering this spring through UBS was so mishandled it is amazing management was not able to get more out of the underwriters on the more recent offering.
I'm afraid that when the new holder reports come out, we are going to find heavy sales the past several weeks from some of the key earlier investors who like many of us on this board have missed other major opportunities in the recent bull runs by having capital tied up in this company that has failed to deliver on its grandiose promises.
