I'm being told by an ACS employee that their two sub-sea cable systems that connect Alaska with the L48 do not cross each other at any place undersea. A fisherman friend of mine says this is BS and the chart data shows they cross each other in several places. If that's the case....couldn't an undersea event take out both cables and cause ACS a world of hurt? Verify?
