This 21% return....is it sustainable? I realize I'll get a variety of opinions from: heck yeah! to no way! but please, if you choose to respond, at least act like you have some sense and offer some evidence to support your viewpoint. Thanks in advance.

One of my brokerages rate this stock as neutral. How can a stock with this yield not be a SCREAMING BUY! if the divie is sustainable?
