did agnc manage to pay out 1.40 in div last qtr. without using the holdover, and on the added shares?

If they could do the same thing this qtr. and still had say 1.00 held over, which some people have stated that they will have to pay out. Then is it possible we could get an extra large div this qtr?

Another question. How does a larger float benifit the shareholders vs. the company.
Will it (A) cause the div to increase. (B) allow the co. to get better deals due to purchasing in larger volume. (C) increase the book value, therefore increasing the value and pps. (D) all of the above.

Would sure like to get opinions on this.
