They should have disclosed the Seconday offering they had ready to go during the last CC. That is something all share holders can call the Company and bitch thier heads off about. If fact - I believe they are lucky nobody has filed a law suit for failure to disclose.
They knew they were going to do it. They had the paperwork done and need I say any more?
Would anybody care to find out if any of them sold thier shares just before the offering. That might be interesting? What is the meaning of Trust?
