I called the company recently. The individual that I talked to was associated with fertilizer sales. According to him, he is able to sell everything they make. He also mention that the company was in the process of moving their Georgia headquarters to a new location. They were also looking into changing and updating their website. He metioned that he was not involved with the merger discussions, but that the need for the merger was to get more capital available to increase manufacturing. From the sound of it, they are just shuffling along on the bottom of existence. He did mention, however, that he was sticking it out because he thinks that the company could have a bright albeit risky future.
